Techniquest over 50's Science Cafe 17th July
Audience was in the over 50s category and looking towards retirement and possible new interests to take up.
Phill and Jane kindly gave excellent talks, the weather cooperated, and Bob, Mike, Jane, Edward and others were able to offer solar viewing which was a big attraction.
Techniquest were very welcoming and all arrangements worked out well.
It's been very busy for outreach recently and with nothing on the horizon till end of September we may be able to take a well- earned break.
But I may have spoken too soon! Watch this space (relevant pun intended).
